About the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association



	Mission Statement NOSA was organized in 1994 to promote Sprint Car Racing in the upper Midwest. It was established to assist in providing it’s members and participants, an arena for racing events which include adequate facilities, protection for spectators and participants, fair and equitable rules of competition and adequate purses. It also is a medium to provide interested fans, promoters and other parties a way in which they can participate financially and otherwise in the perpetuation of Sprint Car Racing. Who is NOSA NOSA is composed of a wide variety of individuals. Members include not only the Drivers and Car Owners, but also Crewmembers, Fans, Sponsors and Track Promoters. They come from many parts of North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Manitoba, Canada. As a continually growing organization, we strive to keep a very close relationship with all parties involved with racing.
